for bday i mite change case.... im currently using the cooler master elite 341... its... alright..

was looking at the NSK3480... its like $110 though :/

the Vulcan is nice. its $100 lol.. friends got one.. idk i like it but don't really want 1...

then had a quick look at a few HTPC boxes... i like the silverstone GD04..
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?mai ... s_id=13150
nice airflow.. probably move hhd above psu. if it fits without that 2.5" cage their lol...
i would have to make my mini desk thing on my desk ( that my screens r on )
Image
lol made out of an old table.. ill just put new legs on it ( bout 2" higher. ) and itll fit..
idk what ill do with my amp though haha ... probably make a bracket to mount it under my desk :)

or i was also looking at the
sg02 and sg03... their nice...

what u guys think of the sg02 + sg03 + silverstone GD04? or any other cases? budget is bout $150... australian though lol ( so $100 on newegg >.< )

I've always been partial to the SG02, but as with any case that small, you'll have potential limitations. The SG02 and SG03 in particular have to use low profile CPU coolers. The GD04 is nice, but I wouldn't use it for anything other than an HTPC. There's not enough airflow for a gaming rig.

yeah true...

1. case ( if chose 1 ) will be delayed >.< just orded a EVGA GTX 460 + psu + TT AXP-140
2. yeah the heatsinks isnt a issue :) been useing stock for ages anyway..
3. the AXP-140 will fit in sg03 ( and probaly sg02 )
4. think rather the look of the sg03 but seams.... chubby? if u know what i mean
5. only got 2 hhds and 1 5.25 drive.... only need 1 of the 2 hhds.. ( 1 is 80gb >.< steam folder backup )

any other matx cases worth looking at? i got a 341.. but would rather the sg03.. the lian li 351? bit more expensive ( bout $150 here ) is it worth it? over a $110 sg03? do the frount 120mm fans get air? lol

Yes, there isn't much airflow for the CPU in either the SG02 or SG03. The only current matx case with great CPU cooling would be Lan Gear's Da Box. I'm not sure of their availability in Aus, and if they are, I'm sure they are pricey.
