Hive Logix mini-ITX Review
I've posted a new review on the Hive Logix mini-ITX case. Overall, I liked it quite a bit. Here is my conclusion.
Quote:
Overall I'm quite pleased with Hive Logix first foray into mini-ITX. The case is exceptionally well built, and has a nice industrial design that I personally like quite a bit. There may be cheaper cases out there, but I believe you get what you pay for. There is not a single piece of plastic here, and it's modular design has the modder in me excited about the possibilities. That said, I happen to look for certain things in cases that others may not. Some may say it's too small, well it's supposed to be. Some may say there's not enough potential storage capacity, well, once again, it's small! No power supply included? Correct. Why? It is small, and the use of a pico PSU is a much better option. See the theme here? If small is what you are after, then those looking for a solid NAS, HTPC, media streaming box, or anyone with industrial applications, might find this case to be perfect for them.
Hive Logix hit it's design goals, and I can't wait to see what they come up with next.
